低温甲醇洗系统检修初探

Primary Exploration of Maintenance of Low-Temperature Methanol Wash System

针对低温甲醇洗系统运行一段时间后出现的问题,对甲醇洗涤塔、CO_2产品塔、H_2S浓缩塔、CO_2汽提塔、尾气洗涤塔、热再生塔、甲醇水分离塔等进行了全面检查,并根据检查结果提出了相应的整改措施。低温甲醇洗系统检修后,各项运行指标良好,系统甲醇损耗较检修前明显降低,2个系列甲醇月损耗由检修前的70 t降至55 t左右。

In connection with problems occurred after a period of operation of low-temperature methanol wash system, a complete inspection is carried out of methanol washing column, CO2 product tower, H2S concentrating tower, CO2 stripping tower, tail gas washing tower, heat regeneration tower, methanol/water splitter, etc. According to inspection results, relevant reformation measures are proposed. After maintenance of low-temperature methanol wash system, all operation indexes are good, 2 serials monthly methanol loss decreases from 70 t before maintenance to about 55 t.
