新疆准东煤制天然气项目气化技术比选研究

Study of Comparative Selection of Gasification Technology for Xinjiang Zhundong Coal-Based SNG Project

针对新疆准东煤的特点,对煤制天然气项目可选用的碎煤加压气化、固定床熔渣气化和粉煤气化技术从煤质适用性、消耗、环保符合性、成熟可靠性、投资及技术经济等方面进行了比选研究。分析研究结果表明,固定床熔渣气化技术较适合新疆准东煤制天然气项目。

Based on characteristics of Xinjiang Zhundong coal, from aspects of coal quality applicability, consumption, environmental protection conformity, maturity and reliability, investment and technological economy, a study of comparative selection is carried out from among technologies for coal-based synthetic natural gas project including crushed coal pressurized gasification, fixed bed slag gasification and dust coal gasification. Analytical study results show that fixed bed slag gasification technology is more suitable for Xinjiang Zhundong coal-based SNG project.
