化学深度除氧技术在锅炉中的应用总结

摘要 为了保证除氧效果,传统的热力除氧技术必须长期保持自耗蒸汽量有一定的富余值,导致蒸汽浪费,且受各方面因素制约,致使除氧效果不稳定。在传统热力除氧的基础上投加化学除氧药剂,可有效降低水中氧含量,且可对管道起到钝化保护作用,还可节省自耗蒸汽量,其经济效益优于单一热力除氧方式。 To ensure deaerating effectiveness, traditional thermal deaeration method must keep certain margin of self-consuming steam for long term. This leads to waste of steam, besides constrained by factors of several other aspects, the deaerating effect is not stable. On the basis of traditional thermal deaeration, adding chemical oxygen scavenger can decrease oxygen content in water effectively and has passive protection effect on the pipe, at the same time, self-consuming steam can be saved. The economic benefit is superior to single thermal deaeration method.
