摘要
试验研究了高温煅烧钾长石配制的水泥生料的K_2O挥发率,结果表明掺入适量的添加剂,K_2O的挥发率高达90%以上,以钾长石代替生料配料中的黏土质原料,利用现有新型干法熟料生产线,采用旁路放风工艺生产窑灰钾肥的技术是可行的。对于5 000 t/d新型干法熟料生产线,每年可生产窑灰钾肥143.4 kt,折合K_2O量38.62 kt,年产值为2.044亿元,年利润为5 490万元,经济效益可观。
An experimental study is carried out of volatilization rate of cement raw material K2O prepared with high-temperature calcinated potassium feldspar. Experimental results show that mixing appropriate amount of additive, K20 volatilization rate reaches above 90%, and using potassium feldspar to replace clayey raw material in raw material proportioning, with current new dry clinker production line, the technology of adopting bypass system to produce kiln ash potassium fertilizer is feasible. A5000 t/d new dry clinker production line can produce 143.4 kt kiln ash potassium fertilizer annually, which is equivalent to 38.62 kt K2O, the annual output value is 204.4 million yuan, and annual profit is 54.9 million yuan. The economic benefit is considerable.
