摘要
文章利用国家信息中心开发的动态一般均衡模型(SICGE模型)来评估全国统一碳交易体系下碳价(100元/吨)的经济影响和减排效果。由于我国电价管制是影响电力行业参与碳交易成本有效性的重要因素,因此利用情景分析对不同电价管制方式和碳价收入返还方式下碳价的经济影响和减排效果进行了重点分析,并给出了相应的结论。
This paper uses the dynamic general equilibrium model developed by State Information Center to assess the eco-nomic impact and carbon emission reduction of the carbon pricing (RMB 100 per ton) under unified national carbon trading system. As Chinese electricity price regulation is an important influencing factor of the electric-power industry's participation in the cost effectiveness of carbon trading, this paper emphatically analyzes the carbon price' s economic impact and carbon emission reduction effectiveness under different electricity pricing regulations and the carbon price income return, and the paper also gives the corresponding conclusion.
