高效节能型高频光电开关电源应用研究

摘要 新型高频光电开关具有高效率和低谐波含量等特点,其目前主要采用电压型和电流型逆变器结构,为了降低功率系数,减少污染,根据高频光电整流电源的不同结构采用负载功率前馈无差拍和负载功率前馈功率因数角闭环等两种不同控制策略数学模型来处理。通过仿真实验效果对比得出,实现的电压型逆变器高频光电开关就需要大功率整流电源的结构,才能使高频光电电源各方面性能指标相对较优,所达到的经济性能指标更加优越。 High frequency switching power supply photoelectric model is the main research content of this paper,it has the characteristics of high efficiency and low harmonic content,mainly introduces the structure and principle of photoelectric switch power supply based on high frequency inverter and the structure and principle of photoelectric switch power supply based on high frequency by current inverter and their mathematical model. And will put forward different control methods according to two different high frequency rectifier power supply structure,the two control modes are angle closed-loop power factor power feed forward beat and load power feed forward of load. The experimental results of simulation comparison,finally,the structure of the photoelectric switching power supply high frequency inverter is obtained by the need of high power rectifier power supply,in order to make the economy more superior performance.
