摘要 为进一步加快黑龙江省农业现代化进程,启动农民增收新的增长点,加快农产品网络营销步伐,全面了解黑龙江省农产品网络营销存在的问题,以构建科学的农产品网络营销策略,通过转变观念,面向农业生产者普及互联网销售及国际化知识;加强顶层设计,加强农产品网络营销人才培育和典型挖掘;注重标准化、规划化建设,打造黑龙江省优良农产品品牌;发展云物流,提升农产品网络营销发展质量等策略入手,更好地推动黑龙江省农产品网络营销实现新常态发展。 In order to further accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang province,start a new growth point of increasing farmers' income, speed up the pace of agricultural product network marketing, understanding the existing questions in agricultural product network marketing comprehensively,and huild the scientific agricultural product network marketing strategy, from the transformation idea, through the agricultural producers to popularize knowledge of Internet marketing and internationalization oriented; strengthen the top-level design and strengthen the cultivation and typical excavation of agricultural products online marketing personnel; pay more attention to standardization and planning to build up the brand of fine agricultural products in Heilongjiang province;the development of cloud logistics, the promotion of the development quality of the agricultural products network marketing and so on, so as to promote the new normal development of agricultural network marketing in Heilongjiang province.
