摘要 保护设备就地化的难点之一是实现母线保护等跨间隔保护设备的就地化,文中在分析现有分布式母线保护特点的基础上,提出了基于多个高可靠无缝冗余环网的分布式母线保护方案和具体的软硬件平台实现架构。文中基于FPGA技术实现了环网报文时延的准确测量及补偿,并提出了不依赖于外部时钟的基于采样事件的采样同步技术。通过采用环网拓扑监视和弱配置管理等关键技术,实现了环网通信状态的实时监视以及子机终端的少配置、弱管理应用,提高了运行维护的方便性。最后,通过对该方案主要性能参数的实际测试,验证了该方案的可行性。 The challenge of outdoor installation protection is to realize the outdoor installation of bus protection which can protect multiple bays. This paper proposes a scheme of distributed bus protection and the platform framework of software and hardware based on the multi-loop high-availability seamless redundancy( HSR) protocol network by analyzing the current characteristics of distributed bus protection. To complete the task, first, this paper provides the accurate measurement and compensation for the message delay in the ring network based on FPGA, and puts forward the sampling synchronization based on interruption which is independent of external synchronization system. Moreover, this paper provides the loop network topology and simplified configuration for implementing the realtime monitoring of loop network communication and simplified configuration of terminals for the convenience of operation and maintenance. Finally, the proposed scheme is implemented through the actual testing results of the main performance parameters.
