心理干预对肛门瘙痒症患者生存质量改善的临床观察

Clinical observation of psychological intervention to improve the life quality of patients with anal pruritus

目的探讨心理干预对肛门瘙痒患者生存质量改善的情况。方法选取2015年1月到2016年10月临床收集80名肛周瘙痒患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组同时采用中药熏洗结合复方亚甲蓝封闭,实验组在此治疗上结合心理干预。在治疗前,治疗后1个月、2个月分别用SF-36健康调查表对两组患者进行生存质量调查,对比两组的生存质量。结果在社交功能和心理健康方面,实验组在治疗后1个月和2个月的调查中,得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在总体健康感上,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过心理干预能明显提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the improvement of psychological intervention in the treatment of anal pruritus. Methods The 80 patients with anal pruritus from January, 2015 to October, 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group. The two groups were treated with peri- anal blocking with compound Methyhhioniniumchloride combined with fumigation-washing with Chinese herbal. The experimental group was additionally treated with psychological intervention. The life quafities of two groups were measured by the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey at 1 month before treat- ment, 1 month after treatment and 2 months after treatment respectively. Results In social function and mental health, the experimental group had higher scores than the controlled group both at 1 month after treatment and 2months after treatment （ P〈0. 05 ）. In the overall health, the two groups were not statis- tically significant （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly improve the life quality of patients with anal pruritus.
