芳香烃受体与皮肤肿瘤

摘要 芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,AHR)是一种配体激活转录因子。作为重要的环境受体,AHR是环境因素与人体的桥梁,参与多种重要生物学功能如调控细胞增殖、分化和介导炎症过程。AHR与多种肿瘤的发生密切相关,不但参与环境污染诱导的皮肤肿瘤,最近发现可能还参与紫外线诱导皮肤肿瘤。AHR可能是皮肤肿瘤有效的防治靶点。本文概述目前与AHR相关皮肤肿瘤的研究现状。 The Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor. It is an important en- vironmental receptor and bridge between the environment and human body. It is involved in many important biological processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation and inflammation. AHR was found to be involved in the occur- rence of many tumors, such as environmental pollution induced skin tumors and sun-induced skin tumors. AHR may be an effective target to treat and prevent the skin tumors. This review summarizes the current research status of AHR related skin tumors.
