摘要 作为温室气体CO_2的有效利用途径之一,CH_4-CO_2重整(干重整)反应一直是众多科学家研究的热点。Co基催化剂的研究虽然没有镍及贵金属多,但其在干重整中也显示出较好的催化性能,特别是在氧化硅、氧化铝等载体上,Co金属催化剂具有较好的催化稳定性。因此,在非贵金属催化剂中,Co基催化剂也是非常有希望的干重整工业化潜在催化剂。本文对近年来Co基干重整催化剂的研究进展进行了评述,包括Co基催化剂制备过程中载体和助剂的选择,金属Co添加量,制备方法以及制备过程中的焙烧温度对催化剂活性和稳定性的影响。 As one of the effective ways to use greenhouse gas CO2, CH4-CO2 reforming (dry reforming) has been a hot spot for many scientists. Although the research of Co-based catalysts has no more than that of nickel- and precious metal-based catalysts, the Co-based catalysts also exhibit good catalytic performance in dry reforming. Catalysts supported on silica, alumina, etc., have better catalytic stability. Thus, among the non-noble metal catalysts, the Co-based catalyst is also a promising catalyst for the industrially important drying reforming reactions. In this paper, the research progress of Co-based dry reforming catalysts in recent years is reviewed, including the effects of the selection of supports and additives in the preparation of catalysts, the amount of Co loading, the preparation method and the calcination temperature on the activity and stability of catalysts.
