明清以来徽州交换契略论——以《徽州文书》为中心

Exchange Contract in Huizhou since the Ming and the Qing Dynasties

买卖契约是徽州文书重要的组成部分,但是还有一种与买卖契约相似的一类文书,被称为交换契。交换契的数量远远低于徽州卖契,鲜有研究。试通过对徽州交换契的基本类型、基本内容进行研究,试图从另一个视角窥探徽州宗族社会在交换契中的具体表现。

The contract of sale is an important part of the Houzhou Documents.However,there is a kind of contract which is similar with the contract of sale,named the exchange contract.There are few people to study the exchange contract due to its small amount.This paper mainly focuses on the basic content of the exchange contract to observe Huizhou lineage society.
