Relationship Between FDI,Spatial Spillover and Upgrading of Industrial Structure

外商直接投资促进了我国经济增长,但随着经济的发展,外商直接投资结构和质量难以保证,对于产业结构升级影响也会发生变化,因此采用我国30个省2003-2015年面板数据,建立空间动态杜宾模型,运用广义系统矩估计和溢出效应分解,研究外商直接投资(FDI)对我国产业结构升级影响及其溢出效应。研究表明:产业结构升级主要受自身产业状况的影响;FDI促进了产业结构升级,但短期内不利于邻近区域产业结构升级,长期内不利于本地区产业结构升级;因此引进外资时,需要合理引导外商直接投资作用于产业升级和经济增长。

Foreign direct investment has promoted the economic growth in China and influenced the industrial structure upgrading.With panel data of 30 provinces in 2003-2015 in China,the dynamic Doberman model,we made a generalized system torque estimation and decomposition of spillover effects of FDI on the industrial structure upgrading and its spillover effect in China.The study shows that the upgrading of industrial structure is influenced by the industry structure itself and the FDI can promotes the upgrading of industrial structure,but it is neither conducive to the upgrading of industrial structure in the neighboring region in the short term,and nor is in the long term for the industrial structure of this region.It is necessary to guide foreign direct investment in industrial structure upgrading and the economic growth.
