摘要
为解决庆安县水权确权工作存在的问题,根据确定的可分配水总量对庆安县生活用水、生态用水、非农生产用水、预留水量和农业用水进行初始水权分配,明确了确权工作目的与意义,最后介绍了确权登记发证工作。确定了庆安县县域水资源的空间范围,明晰了水权的归属关系和权利义务。
In order to solve the problem of the water right confirmation in Qing＇an County. According to the total amount of distributable water, the initial water rights of domestic water, ecological water, non - agricultural production water, reserved water and the agriculture water, are allocated, the purpose and significance of the work are introduced. Finally, the registration and certification work is described. In this paper, the spatial extent of water resources of Qingan County is determined and the ownership of water rights and the rights and obligations are cleared.
