摘要
在-5℃条件下,研究了促进剂(DMP-30)、气相白炭黑、水泥、硅粉、石棉纤维及偶联剂用量对6002环氧胶粘剂适用期、流淌性能、力学性能的影响,制备了冬季低温施工条件下无需加热配胶,早期(1 d)抗压强度高的环氧建筑结构胶。试验结果表明:当m(6002环氧树脂)∶m(593固化剂)∶m(DMP-30促进剂)∶m(KH-550硅烷偶联剂)∶m(气相白炭黑)∶m(水泥)∶m(硅粉)∶m(石棉纤维)=100∶25∶1∶5∶1∶95∶95∶10时,制备的环氧建筑结构胶性能最优。适用期为90 min,触变性好、不挂流;1 d、14 d抗压强度分别为45、85MPa,14 d抗拉强度为35 MPa,正拉粘结强度为4.5 MPa(且为混凝土内聚破坏),符合GB 50728—2011对建筑结构胶的性能要求。
The novel epoxy building structural adhesive with high compressive strength of early stage (1 d) amd no need of pre-heating before used at winter low temperature was prepared. Effect of the dosage of accelerator (DMP-30),fumed silica,ce- ment,silicon powder, asbestos fiber and coupling agent on the working time, thixotropy, and mechanical properties of the 6002 epoxy adhesive under -5 ~C condition was studied. Results show that the adhesive acquires its best properties when the mass ratio of 6002 epoxy resin, curing agent (593), accelerator (DMP-30), coupling agent (KH-550),fumed silica, cement, silicon powder and as- bestos fiber is 100:25:1:5:1:95:95:10. Its working time is 90 min, thixotropy is good, no sagging phenomenon appears, its compressive strength of ld and 14 d is 45 MPa and 85 MPa respectively,its 14 d tensile strength is 35 MPa, and its bonding strength to con- crete is 4.5 MPa,the failure mode was concrete cohesion failure. The prepared adhesive completely meets the property requirements in standard GB 50728-2011.
