摘要
以4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)为大单体,双氧水(H2O2)/FF6为引发剂,巯基丙酸(BMPA)为链转移剂,合成了一种低敏感型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-D),通过红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、液相色谱(LC)对聚合物进行结构表征,通过混凝土测试,考察其对掺量、原材料、温度以及用水量的敏感性。结果显示,合成的低敏感聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-D)对掺量、水泥原材料及温度较不敏感,优于普通聚羧酸减水剂(PCE-1)。
The low sensitive type polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE-D) was synthesized by using 4-hydroxyl vinyl butyl polyoxyethylene ether (VPEG) as macromonomer, hydrogen peroxide (H2Oz)/FF6 as initiators, and mercaptopropionic acid (BMPA) as the chain transfer agent. The structure of the polymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FFIR),gel permeationchromatogra phy ((;PC) and liquid chromatography(LC),and the sensitivity of the polymer to dosage,raw material, temperature and water usage were investigated through the concrete test. The results showed that the low sensitive type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-D) was less sensitive to the dosage,cement raw material and teoaperature,and better than the ordinary polycarboxylic superplasticizer (PCE-1).
