经编间隔织物增强泡沫混凝土的力学性能研究

摘要 采用一种具有三维中空结构的经编间隔织物增强泡沫混凝土,并对经编间隔织物进行不同方式的树脂浸渍处理,得到4种不同的增强材料,研究不同增强材料对泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明,增强材料的加入对泡沫混凝土的密度及吸水率没有明显影响,但显著提高了泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和弯曲强度。其中,以经编间隔织物整体浸渍树脂作为增强体对泡沫混凝土的增强增韧效果最明显,抗压强度和弯曲强度分别提高了128.4%和553.8%。同时,由于经编间隔织物经纬向纱线密度的差异,造成复合材料的弯曲强度存在各向异性。经编间隔织物提高了泡沫混凝土的抗变形能力,改善了泡沫混凝土的破坏模式。 The cement based composite was reinforced by warp knitted spacer fabric with a three-dimensional and hollow structure. The warp knitted spacer fabric was impregnated with resin by different ways,obtaining four kinds of reinforcements. The effect of different reinforcements on the mechanical properties of foam concrete was studied. The reinforcements had no remarkable effect on the density and water absorption rate of foam concrete,but significantly increased the compressive strength and flexural strength of foam concrete. Especially,when the reinforcement was the overall structure of spacer fabric impregnated with resin,the composite has the highest compressive strength and flexural strength which were increased by 128.4% and 553.8% respectively. Meanwhile,the different yarn densities in warp and weft directions result in different properties in all directions. Warp knitted spacer fabric changed the failure mode of cement-based material and improve the deformability,avoiding the catastrophic destruc- tion of foamed concrete.
