不同施工工艺对钢纤维-石墨导电混凝土薄板电阻率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 针对掺入一定量钢纤维-石墨的导电混凝土薄板,探讨不同的搅拌方法、电极距离和电极布置方式对导电混凝土薄板电阻率的影响。结果表明,干拌的搅拌方式更有利于导电材料的均匀分布;导电混凝土薄板的电阻随间距的增大而增加,但其电阻率则基本不变;上下式电极导电混凝土薄板的发热功率是左右式电极的80.3倍。综合考虑,采用干拌方式的上下式电极导电混凝土薄板为最优的施工方案。 A series of conductive concrete sheets containing graphic and steel fiber were made to study the influence of cer- tain factors including stirring methods,electrode distance and electrode arrangement on specific resistivity. The results show that uniform distribution of conductive materials take advantage of dry stirring method. And the resistance of sheet increased with in- creasing of electrode distance,but the specific resistivity is stable. In addition,the heating power of the up-down electrode speci- men is 80.3 times of the left-right electrodes ones. Therefore,the up-down electrode conductive concrete sheet with dry stirring method is the optimize construction scheme.
