胃泌素及其与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 胃泌素为一类胃肠道激素,正常情况下通过结合相应受体发挥促进胃酸分泌与胃肠道粘膜生长作用;近来越来越多的研究表明,过量表达的胃泌素可通过自分泌、旁分泌或内分泌方式导致多种肿瘤(包括胃癌、肠癌、胰腺癌、食管癌等)的发生发展。胃泌素目前已成为治疗相关肿瘤的靶点。本文围绕胃泌素的表达、胃泌素表达的调节、胃泌素的作用、胃泌素的促瘤机制进行综述,以期为研究者进行相关研究与开发提供参考。 Gastrins are gastrointestinal hormones, which can promote the secretion of gastric acid and the growth of gastrointestinal mucosa by binding corresponding receptors, recently numerous studies have shown that over expression of gastrin can lead to the development of various tumors (including gastric cancer, colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal canee, etc. ) through autocrine, paracrine or endocrine methods. Gastrin has become a target for the treatment of related tumors. This review focuses on the expression of gastrin, the regulation of gastrin expression, the action of gastrin, and the mechanism of gastrin promoting tumor, and provides a reference for researchers to do related study or development.
