^(131)I联合泼尼松龙片对Graves病患者骨代谢及TRAb、A-TPO水平的影响

Influence of ^(131)I combined with Prednisolone Tablets on bone metabolism and A-TPO and TRAb levels among patients with Graves disease

目的探讨^(131)I联合泼尼松龙片对Graves病患者骨代谢及促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(A-TPO)水平的影响。方法将2014年9月~2016年12月因Graves病于我院就诊的89例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(44例)。对照组单纯采用^(131)I治疗,观察组给予^(131)I联合泼尼松龙片口服,比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后的Ⅰ型前胶原氨基酸末端前肽(PINP)、TRAb及A-TPO水平均低于治疗前,甲状旁腺素(PTH)高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的PINP、TRAb、A-TPO水平低于对照组,PTH水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的比索洛尔片总量及甲巯咪唑片总用量少于对照组,甲状腺功能恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ^(131)I联合泼尼松龙片治疗Graves病患者的效果显著,可更好地改善骨代谢及A-TPO、TRAb水平,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of 131I combined with Prednisolone Tablets on bone metabolism and anti-Thyroid-Peroxidase antibody （A-TPO） and thyrotropin receptor antibody （TRAb） levels among patients with Graves disease.Methods 89 patients with Graves disease treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （45 cases） and the observation group （44 eases）.The control group was treated with 131I alone,and the observation group was given orally administrated with 131I combined with Pred- nisolone Tablets.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The level of aminoterminal propeptide of type I proeollagen （PINP）,TRAb and A-TPO in the two groups after treatment was lower than that be- fore treatment,PTH in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈 0.05）.The level of PINP,TRAb and A-TPO of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the level of PTH of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total amount of Bisoprolol Tablets and Thiamazole Tablets of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the recovery time of thyroid function of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of 131I combined with Prednisolone Tablet in the treatment of Graves disease is significant,and which can better improve bone metabolism and A-TPO and TRAb levels. Therefor it is worth promoting.
