双联抗血小板聚集疗法用于糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床治疗作用

Clinical therapy effect of double antiplatelet aggregation therapy in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction

目的探讨糖尿病合并脑梗死应用双联抗血小板聚集疗法的临床意义。方法选取2015年5月~2017年2月我院收治的72例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采取氯吡格雷单独治疗,观察组予以双联抗血小板聚集疗法,在对照组基础上联合阿司匹林。观察两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损、日常生活能力以及不良事件发生情况。结果两组治疗后的Barthel评分高于治疗前,NIHSS评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的Barthel评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死采用双联抗血小板聚集疗法的临床价值较高,可有效改善神经功能、生活能力,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of double antiplatelet aggregation therapy in diabetic mel- litus patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From May 2015 to February 2017,72 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observa- tion group according to the random number method,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clopido- grel alone,and the observation group was treated with double antiplatelet aggregation therapy,on the basis of the control group,Aspirin was added.The neurological deficits,daily living ability and adverse events were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The Barthel score in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The Barthel score in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the NIHSS score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Double antiplatelet aggregation therapy in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction has high clinical value,which can effectively improve neurological function and living ability and high safety.
