摘要
本文对在1200~500℃工作条件下奥氏体耐热钢中σ相产生的原因及防止进行了相关的金属学分析。σ相是导致炼镁还原罐早中期破坏的主要原因,针对该温度条件,通过对材质化学成份进行合理的设计,有望大幅度提高炼镁还原罐的使用寿命。
The occuring reason and prevention of o phase in austenitic heat-resistance steel in the condition range of 1200-500C have been analysed metallurgically to find o phase to be the main factor causing an early and medium damage to deoxidizing ladle for refining Mg.Upon the condition range of above temperature, proper design of chemical composition of ladle material may remarkably lengthen service life of such ladle.
