摘要
目的研究系统化健康教育对围生期产妇健康素养的干预效果,为提高整体母婴健康水平提供理论依据。方法选取2016年7~12月在我院定期接受产前检查的120例孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规的孕期检查及产前指导,研究组在对照组基础上给予系统化健康教育干预。采用围生期产妇健康素养量表评估孕产妇健康素养水平,采用新生儿出生体重评估孕产妇妊娠结局。结果干预前研究组健康素养量表总得分[(112.68±8.31)分]与对照组[(114.12±7.63)分]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。系统化健康教育后,研究组患者健康素养各维度评分及总得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇低出生体重儿及巨大儿5例(8.33%),低于对照组的9例(15.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论系统化健康教育能够提高围生期孕产妇的健康素养水平,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the intervention effect of systematic health education on perinatal maternal health litera- cy so as to provide theoretical basis for improvement of the overall maternal and child health.Methods Aho^ether 120 pregnant women who accepted regularly antenatal care in our hospital from July to December 2016 were selected as the objects of this research and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The regu- lar prenatal examination and prenatal guidance were used in the control group,and the study group was given systematic health education intervention based on the control group.The perinatal maternal health literacy scale was used to assess the level of maternal health literacy and the maternal pregnancy outcomes were assessed by using neonatal birth weight. Results The total scores of health literacy score in study group was (112.68±8.31) scores and control group Was (114.12± 7.63) scores,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05).After systematic health ed- ucation, the scores of dimensions of heahh literacy and total scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).There were 5 cases (8.33%) of low birth weight and macrosomia in study group,was lower than that in the control group [9 cases (15.00%)],but the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education can promote the health literacy level of perinatal pregnant women and improve the outcome of bad pregnancy,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
