翼状胬肉切除联合人工羊膜移植术治疗复杂翼状胬肉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of pterygium excision combined artificial amniotic membrane transplantation treating complicated pterygium

目的探讨翼状胬肉切除联合人工羊膜移植术治疗复杂翼状胬肉临床效果。方法将2015年2月~2016年11月普宁市人民医院收治的复杂翼状胬肉患者30例42眼以数字表法随机分为观察组16例22眼与对照组14例20眼。对照组给予翼状胬肉切除术,观察组给予翼状胬肉切除联合人工羊膜移植术。比较两组患者的疗效、创面愈合时间、不适症状消失时间、并发症发生率、复发率。结果观察组的有效率为90.1%,显著高于对照组的55.0%(P<0.05);观察组的创面愈合时间及不适症状消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为9.1%,显著低于对照组的31.8%(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率为4.5%,显著低于对照组的27.3%(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合人工羊膜移植术治疗复杂翼状胬肉可获得理想疗效,术后恢复快,并发症少,复发率低。

Objective To discuss the effect of pterygium excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation treating complicated pterygium.Methods 30 patients （42 eyes） with complicated pterygium from Puning People＇s Hos- pital during February 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group（n=16 patients,22 eyes） and the control group （n=14 patients,20 eyes） according to the number random method.The control group was treated with pterygium excision,while the observation group was treated with pterygium excision combined with artificial amni- otic membrane transplantation.The curative effect,wound healing time,disappearance time of discomfort symptom,the in- cidence of complications,recurrence rate were contrasted between the two groups.Results The effective rate was 90.1% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （55.0%） （P〈0.05）.The wound heal- ing time and disappearance time of discomfort symptom in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications was 9.1% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （31.8%） （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 4.5% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （27.3%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with arti- ficial amniotic membrane has higher efficacy in the treatment of complicated pterygium,with rapid postoperative recov- ery,fast postoperative recovery,less complications,and low recurrence rate.
