综合护理干预在慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者中的应用。方法选取2014年12月10日~2016年12月20日我院慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用一般护理干预,观察组患者采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者的护理有效率及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的护理有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者的生活质量评分有所提高,与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者采取综合护理干预,能显著增加护理效果,改善患者的生活质量,值得各医院推广使用。

Objective To explore application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients in our hospital from December 10＇h 2014 to December 20~ 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given general nursing in- tervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing efficiency and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The nursing efficiency in the observation group （95.00%） was higher than that in the control group （72.50%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the scores of quality of life in two groups （P〉0.05）;after nursing,the scores of quality of life in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05）.And that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can significantly improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth to be used by various hospitals.
