临床护理路径在社区老年高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for elderly patients with hypertension in community

目的探讨临床护理路径在社区老年高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取某社区2016年4~11月的老年高血压患者130例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例,对照组采取常规方法进行高血压方面的健康教育,观察组按照临床护理路径进行健康教育。比较两组患者的疾病知识及格率、日常行为达标率、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组患者疾病知识及格率(97.00%)、日常行为达标率(91.00%)、服药依从率(91.00%)及护理满意度(100.00%)均高于对照组(75.00%、68.00%、77.00%、88.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过社区内采用临床护理途径,对老年高血压患者实施健康教育,能够促进患者对疾病知识的了解和服药的依从性,帮助患者改善不良的行为习惯,提高护理满意度,对高血压患者的疾病控制非常有现实意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education for elderly pa- tients with hypertension in community.Methods 130 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in one community from April 2016 to November 2016 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was taken by the routine methods of health educa- tion of hypertension,while the observation group was given health education according to the clinical nursing pathway. The disease knowledge passing rate,daily behavior compliance rate,medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were con]pared between two groups.Results The disease knowledge passing rate （97.00%）,daily behavior compliance rate （91.00%）,medication compliance （91.00%）and nursing satisfaction （100.00%） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （75.00%,68.00%,77.00%,88.00%）,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through community using clinical nursing pathway to carry out health education for elderly hypertensive patients,can promote the understanding and medication compliance of patients with the disease knowledge,help patients improve bad habits,improve nursing satisfaction,on patients with hypertension disease control is very practical.
