优质护理在分娩致会阴裂伤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in patients with perineal laceration caused by labor

目的探讨分析优质护理在分娩致会阴裂伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月~2016年9月在本院进行治疗的80例分娩致会阴裂伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例,对照组患者应用常规护理方法,观察组患者应用优质护理方法,比较两组患者护理满意度及疼痛情况、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者VAS评分[(2.45±1.08)分]、并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组[(4.13±1.62)分、20.00%],住院时间[(6.24±2.10)d]短于对照组[(10.79±2.83)d],护理满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在分娩致会阴裂伤患者中的应用效果好,能够缓解患者的疼痛情况,提升护理满意度,减短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,应用价值较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with perineal laceration caused by labor.Methods 80 patients with perineal laceration caused by labor in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group ac- cording to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional methods of nursing care,while the observation group was given high quality nursing care.The nursing satisfaction,pain degree,hospi- talization time and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The score of VAS and the incidence of complications in the observation group [（2.45±1.08） points,5.00%] were lower than those in the control group [（4.13±1.62） points,20.00%],the hospitalization time [（6.24±2.10） d] was shorter than that in the control group [（10.79± 2.83） d],the nursing satisfaction （97.50%） was higher than that in the control group （82.50%）,and the differences were sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing care in childbirth by application of perineal laceration in patients with good, to ease the pain of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,reduce the inci- dence of complications,higher application value,it is worthy of popularization and Application.
