摘要
散热系统的研究对于燃料电池汽车的开发有重要的意义。根据设计参数,对75kW质子交换膜燃料电池测试台的散热系统进行了热量分析和相关计算,包括冷却水路阻力损失、散热器散热面积和风扇的排风量及压差等的计算,为相关设计人员设计和选用水泵、散热器、散热风扇等散热系统的主要部件提供了理论依据。
The research of cooling system is of great significance to the development of fuel cell. According to design parameter, the analysis of heat and the calculations of the 75kW PEMFC cooling system was carried out, which including the calculations of pipe resistance's loss, radiator's cooling area and fan's air volume and so on, providing the relevant technical staff with theoretical basis for designing and selecting pumps, radiators, cooling fans and other ports of cooling system.
