摘要
针对某轿车盘式制动器的制动噪声问题,建立了盘式制动器有限元模型。结合复模态分析理论和有限元法,利用自定义的接触单元实现摩擦块与制动盘间的摩擦耦合,提取其前80阶模态并进行分析,发现其某几阶模态是引起制动尖叫的主要诱因。结果表明,所建模型能够预测出制动器发出尖叫噪声的倾向,对降低制动过程中出现的尖叫噪声有帮助指导作用。
In allusion to brake noise problem of a car disc brake, the finite element model of disc brake is established. With the combination of complex modal analysis theory and finite element method, the friction couple between disc and pads is realized with custom contact elements, its first 80 order modal extracted and analyzed. It' s found that the certain order modal is the principal cause of brake squeal. The analytic results indicate that the finite element model can predict the squeal propensity of disc brake, and it can help and guide to reduce the squeal noise in the braking process.
