基于ANSYS的磨床头架箱分析及优化

摘要 磨床作为零件的精加工机床,对各部件精度、刚度方面的要求都很高,尤其是磨床头架。为了验证某磨床头架的设计是否符合要求以及减轻重量节约成本,利用SolidWorks对头架箱进行物理建模,导入ANSYS Workbench对头架箱进行静力学分析和模态分析,并用变密度法拓扑优化对其进行优化,在分析优化结果的指导下进行结构改进,最终在满足性能要求的前提下将头架箱的质量减轻了12%,达到了预定的目标。改进后的箱体最大变形量稍有变大,但满足要求.固有频率提升了16%,与主轴频率0.5 Hz相差很大,减小了工作发生共振现象的概率。 As a finishing machine, grinding machine has very high requirement to the precision and stiffness quota of its parts, especially the grinding machine head. In order to verify whether the design of a grinding machine head meets the requirement, whether reduces the weight and cost, use SolidWorks for physical modeling and put the model into Ansys workbench for static analysis and modal analysis, carry, on optimization of variable density method of topology optimization. Improve the structure under the guidance of analysis and optimization resuhs, finally reduce the weight of headstock by 12% on the premise of satisfying the capabilities requirement, which reaches the intended target. The maximum deformation is a hit larger, hut still meets requirements. The natural frequency has been increased by 16%, and has a great difference of 0.5 Hz from the spindle frequency, which reduces the probability of resonance.
