摘要
采用Hyperworks软件对某涡轮增压式发动机重型卡车两种类型排气系统进行有限元建模,同时依据有限元理论对此排气系统进行模态分析,并通过实车振动测试对分析结果进行试验,以验证改进方式的有效性,不仅解决了频繁发生的排气管断裂问题,也为排气系统刚度及零部件布置的选择提供技术依据。
Finite element modeling for two types of exhaust system of a turbocharged engine heavy truck is carried out by using Hyperworks software, at the same time, modal analysis of the exhaust system is conducted according to finite element theory, and the test results are tested by real vehicle vibration test to verify the effectiveness of the improved method. It not only solves the problem of frequent exhaust pipe rupture, but also provides technical basis for the exhaust system stiffness and the selection of parts layout.
