摘要 根据双扩展示车车厢自动伸缩系统的要求,基于ARM Cortex-M0和实时操作系统uCOS-II,结合双路无刷直流电机、电流和电压采集单元,实现双路电机的同步控制,避免了在伸缩过程中厢体之间的摩擦,提高了车身寿命;结合三轴姿态采集单元和电动液压支腿,实现主车厢与扩展车厢地板的自动调平,确保展示车内部的行走安全和视觉美观。系统具有体积小、成本低、可靠性高、寿命长等优点,可非常方面地嵌入到现有展示车系统中。 According to the requirements of the automatic telescopic system of the carriages of double extended marketing truck, it synchronizes the control of dual motor and avoids friction between the truck carriages in the stretching process which improves the truck body life, depending on the ARM Cortex-M0, uCOS-Ⅱ real-time operating system, and the combination of dual brushless DC motor, current and voltage acquisition unit. At the same time, it can automatically adjust the main carriage and the extended carriages floor to make them in the same level to ensure the safety and visual appearance of the interior of the marketing truck, depending on the combination of the three axis attitude acquisition unit and the electric hydraulic support leg. The system has the advantages of small size, low cost, high reliability and long service life and can be embedded into the existing marketing truck system easily.
