随着高校建设的不断发展,人事招聘考试报名的人员众多,以往采用的人工报名方式,对报考信息进行采集、登记、上报以及录取与否信息的公布等各环节中都产生了一定的误差,所以为了避免更多误差的产生,逐渐的将人工报名方式改为线上报名的方式,以期望得到更快捷、准确的工作效果。线上报名方式和管理系统的设计与实现已经成为此类院校的迫切需求。本文针对艺术类高职院校以往的人事考试报名的流程,就艺术类高职院校人事招聘考试报名与管理系统的设计与实现进行思考。

In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on the design and implementation of the registration and management system of personnel recruiting in art colleges and universities.
