完善我国军官职业化薪酬制度立法浅探
摘要
军官薪酬制度是军官职业化改革的重要组成部分，在一定程度上影响着军官职业化的实施效果。完善我军军官职业化薪酬制度，应按照依法治军从严治军的要求，从多层面探讨立法完善的理论依据，使包括军官薪酬制度在内的军官职业化改革在法治环境中规范化推进。
