课程建设是高校教学建设的基本内容。一方面,人们普遍认同高校课程建设的重要性,但另一方面,对高校课程建设重视程度却又参差不齐且成效也不够显著。通过研究S大学近两年的课程建设行动,揭示课程建设在本质上是技术调整和利益博弈相结合的产物,只有加强课程建设,课程建设才有可能取得成效。而开展真正有效的课程建设,前提是冲破多元利益的樊篱,提高教师投入教学的热情。
