高校课程是如何被建设的——基于S大学课程建设的行动研究

摘要 课程建设是高校教学建设的基本内容。一方面,人们普遍认同高校课程建设的重要性,但另一方面,对高校课程建设重视程度却又参差不齐且成效也不够显著。通过研究S大学近两年的课程建设行动,揭示课程建设在本质上是技术调整和利益博弈相结合的产物,只有加强课程建设,课程建设才有可能取得成效。而开展真正有效的课程建设,前提是冲破多元利益的樊篱,提高教师投入教学的热情。 Curriculum construction is the basic content of college teaching development. On the one hand, the importance of the college curriculum construction is widely recognized, on the other hand, the emphasis of college curriculum construction is uneven, and the effect is not conspicuous. Through the action research of the S. college's curriculum construction in the past two years, we can learn that curriculum construction is the combination of technical adjustment and interest gaming in essence. In order to achieve truly effective curriculum construction, we must place it at a higher priority position. The precondition is to break through interests barriers, and the key is to improve the enthusiasm of the teachers in teaching
