摘要 经管类本科教育为中国经济社会发展培养了大量人才。但近年来随着办学规模的扩大,逐渐暴露出填鸭式教育盛行、理论与实践关联性不高、无法胜任相应的工作岗位等弊端。造成这些问题的原因主要是中国传统教育文化的影响、经管类本科生培养的特殊性、实验与实践教学流于形式、现行培养模式不适应社会需要等。本文通过深入剖析IMPM及CMPM项目的办学经验,结合建构主义学习理论和行动导向教学理念,提出应通过采用"行—思—知—学"的教学模式,使用案例教学、讨论教学等教学方式,设计知行合一的培养方案等措施,改革现有的经管类本科生教育。 Economics and management undergraduate education has made significant contribution to China economic and social development by training a large number of talents. However, with its development, the shortcomings of undergraduate education in economics and management emerge gradually, which include prevail of cramming method of teaching, low correlation between theory and practice, lack of competence in specific fields and so on. At the root of these problems may be the influence of China's traditional educational culture, the distinctiveness of economics and management undergraduate education, the formality of experimental and practical teaching methods, and the unmatched of current education mode and social requirements. Based on Constructivism Learning Theory and the Action-Oriented Teaching Theory, this article makes a specific and in-depth analysis of IMPM and CMPM project in order to apply new teaching modes and methods such as "Action-Think-Know- Learn" teaching mode, case study and group discussion, as weU as the comprehensive teaching system combined experiments with practice to reform the current economics and management undergraduate education.
