国外应用技术大学办学经验对我国转型地方高校的启示

我国地方高校转型是地方社会经济发展的现实需要,是高等教育体系内部科学发展的客观要求,是地方高校自身发展的必然选择。随着政府的大力推动,地方高校转型的制度环境已经形成。但地方高校起步晚、基础差,发展过程中面临着科学研究能力不足、社会服务职能弱化、公众吸引力低等问题。国外应用技术大学具有起步早,教育体系相对完善,服务区域社会经济,注重＂产、学、研＂合作,重视师资建设,学制灵活等特征,值得我国转型地方高校学习借鉴。我国转型地方高校应以这些经验和启示为出发点,确立应用技术大学在我国高等教育体系中的地位,学习＂产、学、研＂经典模式,加大经费投入,加快＂双师型＂队伍建设,建立科学评估制度,服务区域社会经济。

The transformation of local college is the real need for the development of society and economy, is an objective requirement of scientific development within the system of higher education and is the inevitable choice of self-development of local college With the strong push from the government, the institutional environment of transformation has been formed. However, local college started late and has a poorly laid foundation.Local colleges face a variety of problems during its development process, such as shortage of scientific research ability, weakened social service functions and low public appeal. The universities of applied technology in other relatively more supportive education system, countries started early and were operated in a it is worth learning from its many characteristics such as servicing mostly local community and economy, focusing on ＂ Industry-College- Research＂ cooperation, paying attention to the development of teachers, and keeping educational system flexible. Transformation of local college in China should take these experiences and inspiration as a starting point in order to establish the status of University of Applied Technology in our higher education system; to learn classic mode of ＂ Industry- College-Research＂ and increase funding; to build a scientific evaluation system; to service accelerate the ＂Double-Teaching＂ team and regional area of society and economy
