Analysis of Developing Road on Socialist Legal System with Chinese Characteristics

法制社会是推动时代不断发展的主要基础,在法制建设中法律体系作为不可或缺的组成元素,与历史背景以及社会发展有着密切的联系。从改革开放以来国家便提出构建中国特色社会主义法制体系的口号,并在经过几十年发展历程中不断完善与发展。其中积极构建社会主义法治国家战略体系、落实治国方针、构建小康社会等成为中国特色社会主义法律体系中至关重要的组成部分。鉴于此,从现实出发探究中国特色社会主义法制建设的方向和经验。

The rule of law society is the main basis to continuously promote the development of the times, and the legal system, as an indispensable element in legal construction, has the close relation with the historical background and social development. Since the reform and opening up, our country has put forward the slogan of constructing the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, and has been perfecting and developing in the course of decades of development. The crucial parts the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics includes actively building strategic system of socialist country ruled by law, implementing strategies of running a state, and building a well-off society. In view of this, this paper explores from the reality the direction and experience of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
