加强校园文化建设,切实建立健全高校文化结构体系,不断更新文化载体的依托形式,赋予高校文化新的前景与活力。要想使文化建设取得实效,则必须加强高校文化载体的更新与构建,细化其结构体系,建立高效、绿色具有活力的文化载体,以立德树人为典范增强文化建设,加大校园文化建设的力度,并从一定程度上,推进社会主义核心价值观的建设。

In order to strengthen the construction of campus culture, colleges should estabhsh and improve the cultural structure system, constantly update forms of cultural carrier, give the college culture new prospects and vitality. If culture construction is made to produce concrete effects, we must strengthen the update and construction of college cultural cartier, refine its structure system, establish efficient, green and dynamic cultural carrier, enhance culture construction with morality being the model, strengthen the construction of campus culture, and promote the construction of socialist core values to some extent.
