摘要
易班作为新媒体时代的产物,迎合了高校教育管理的需要,如何增强易班用户粘性,有效地利用易班拓展思想政治教育工作载体,主动占领网络思想政治教育新阵地,已成为高校面临的现实课题。通过问卷和访谈询问方式透视高校易班运用和用户体验情况,分析影响用户粘性的影响因素,并在此基础上,提出提升易班用户粘性的对策。
E-class, as a product of the new media era, caters to the needs of college education management. The realistic subject for colleges to confront is to enhance user stickiness in E-class, to take advantage of E-class to expand the working carrier of ideological and political education, and to take the initiative to occupy the new position for network ideological and political education. This paper explores the application of E-class in colleges as well as the situation of user experience by taking the methods of interview and questionnaire, analyzes factors influencing user stickiness, and thus puts forward strategies of improving user stickiness in E-class.
