城镇化背景下福建农村劳动力转移策略引导思考

Consideration on Strategic Guidance of Rural Labor Transfer in Fujian under the Background of Urbanization

我国农村劳动力不断转移已取得一定的成绩。但新问题不断出现。伴随着新型城镇化进程的不断推进,在不断追求人口、经济、资源、社会、文化、环境等多个方面协调城乡一体化发展的进程中,已达到各方面发展的"瓶颈"期。在社会保障制度上面尚且存在一定的障碍,劳动力市场不够完善等多个方面的问题出现。以福建农村劳动力的转移问题为例,制订引导该问题正确发展的路径。

Rural labor force transfer in our country has made some achievements. However, the new problems appear constantly along with the constant advancement of new urbanization. In the process of coordinating urban and rural integration development, the development for all aspects has reached the period of ＂bottleneck＂ in terms of development in economy, resource, society, culture, environment, and so on. There still exist certain obstacles in social security system and other problems like the imperfection of the labor market, etc. This paper, taking an example of the rural labor force transfer in Fujian, sets up the correct development path to address the problems.
