形体训练教学是培养学生对美的感受的一种教育,是一种对学生进行动态美的行为艺术培养过程。形体训练教学的开展,主要是以学生为教授对象,以充满美感的音乐、充满美感的形体等作为教学内容,培养学生正确的审美观念,并且提升学生鉴赏美的能力以及创造美的能力,进而使学生的动作能够和谐、统一。形体训练可以运用多种教学形式,不管是通过哪种形式来进行形体训练,都不能够离开音乐,故此,在形体训练课中,音乐的选择至关重要。

The development of physique training teaching, mainly taking students as the teaching objects, and taking music and physique with sense of beauty as teaching contents, cultivates students＇ correct aesthetic concepts, improves students＇ ability to appreciate and create beauty, for the purpose of making students＇ movements harmonious and unified. A variety of teaching forms can be used in physique training teaching, and whatever form is used, physical training cannot go without the music; therefore, in physique training courses, the choice of music is very important.
