摘要
面对日益频繁的国际交流,来自不同社会文化背景的人们会在跨文化交际过程中遭遇文化差异所带来的交际阻碍或冲突,经历从不适到适应的过程。通过乔治·斯坦纳的阐释运作理论与跨文化交际相结合,将乔治·斯坦纳阐释运作理论的四个步骤"信任""侵入""吸纳""补偿"应用于跨文化交际过程中,以此来描述跨文化交际的各个阶段,分析来自不同文化背景的人们在跨文化交际过程中,如何克服交际障碍实现文化认同的。
In the face of increasingly frequent international exchanges, people from different social and cultural backgrounds may encounter communicative obstacles or conflicts due to cultural differences in the process of cross-cultural communication, experiencing the process of from discomfort to comfort. This paper, through combining George Steiner's hermeneutic notion theory with the cross-cultural communication and by applying the four steps "trust", "invasion", "absorption" and "compensation" in George Steiner's theory into the process of cross-cultural communication, describes every phase in cross-cultural communication and analyzes ways of overcoming communication barriers and realizing cultural identity for the oeoole from different cultural backgrounds in the process of cross-cultural communication.
