摘要
以兰州百合为材料,研究扦插基质、不同部位鳞片及植物生长调节剂等因素对其扦插繁殖的影响,结果表明:B基质是兰州百合适宜的扦插基质;外层鳞片繁殖系数最高;以100 mg·L^(-1)的IBA处理鳞片,小籽球发生率及平均繁殖系数均最高。
The effects of substrate, scale levels and plant growth regulators oncutting propagation with LiLum davidi var. Unicolor (Hoog) Cotton were studied. The results showed that the B substrate were the optimum substrates; the outside lay- er had the highest propagation coefficient; the treatment of IBA (100 mg ·L^-1) had the highest propagation coefficient and the highest rate of induction in bulb.
