瓷贴面技术在口腔美容修复中的应用价值探讨

Exploration on the application value of porcelain veneer in oral cosmetic repair

目的探讨瓷贴面用于口腔美容修复中的价值。方法将2015年4月—2016年5月到笔者所在医院进行口腔美容修复的68例患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组和对照组,观察组34例进行瓷贴面修复,对照组34例进行烤瓷全冠修复,对比分析两组患者修复效果,评判瓷贴面修复方法的临床应用价值。结果观察组复查结果显著优于对照组,复查基牙松动、颜色满意度、龈缘密合度及牙龈反应等内容A级例数均多于对照组;且观察组患者总满意度为97.1%,显著高于对照组(82.3%),对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.8%,明显低于对照组29.4%,组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论瓷贴面用于口腔美容修复临床效果显著,能较好地解决美观问题,获得患者的高度认可。

Objective To explore the application value of porcelain veneer in oral cosmetic repair. Methods Sir-eight patients from April 2015 to May 2016 admitted in author＇s hospital for oral beauty repair were enrolled as the research object,and divided them into observation group and control group;in the former（34 cases） received porcelain veneer repair,in the latter （34 cases） received porcelain-fused whole-crown repair;then both group＇s effects were compared to evaluated the clinical application value of porcelain veneer. Results The former＇s outcomes were significantly better than the latter,the reexamined outcomes on abutment looseness,color satisfaetion,gingival margin and gingival response and other content of A class were more than the latter;and in the former total satisfactory degree of patients（97.1%） was significantly higher than 82.3% in the latter（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions was 8.8% in the former was significantly lower than that in the latter（29.4%）, and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）,which was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical effect of porcelain veneer for oral cosmetic repair is remarkable,can better solve the aesthetic problems, access to patients with a high degree of recognition.
