摘要
轧机振动是国内外冶金行业备受瞩目的焦点问题。在轧机主传动系统中,齿轮座为人字齿啮合,齿轮啮合过程中所产生周期性的冲击力,不仅影响轧机运动的平稳性,而且也将影响到轧制过程的稳定性,从而对钢板质量产生一定的影响。因此,齿轮啮合的仿真研究对于轧机系统动力学特性的研究是十分必要的。
In recent years, with the constant improvement of equipment of rolling mills, rolling mill vibra- tinn problem appears more outstanding and diversification. Through the three typical hot rolling mill vibration test, find a torsional vibration and axial vibration of the same frequency. In order to explain this phenomenon, using ANSYS finite element harmonic response analysis module to conduct the simulation research,gained in certain conditions torsional vibration and axial vibration coupling phenomenon.
