摘要
介绍了500TPD D型石灰窑抽屉的结构及工作原理,从设备结构和生产工艺两方面对设备故障进行了分析,并提出了抽屉修复方案以及生产工艺改进措施。通过改造,大大降低出灰抽屉故障。
This paper introduces the structure and working principle of discharge for 500TPD typle D lime kiln, analyzes the failure case from the equipment structure and production process, and puts forward the discharge repair scheme and production process improvement measures.
