Discuss about the Process Scheme of the Reduce Ash Discharge Temperature for Annular Shaft Kiln

本文探讨了影响石灰窑出灰温度的工艺参数,结果表明,影响出灰温度的直接因素是上、下燃烧室的煤气比例的变化,间接因素是空气过剩系数的大小,而石灰冷却风量可以作为补充调节措施。

This paper discussed the process parameters affecting ash discharge temperature of annUlar shaft kiln such as gas ratio of upper ＆ lower combustion chamber, coefficient of excess air and cooling air volume. The re- sults show that gas ratio of upper ＆ lower combustion chamber and coefficient of excess air were direct and indirect factor respectively. A more effective method is controlling cooling air volume as supplementary regulation.
