薄板酸洗酸液温度自抗扰控制研究

摘要 随着冷轧板产品的市场竞争日益激烈,各钢铁企业在提高产能的同时更注重确保工艺质量。酸洗是冷轧之前的关键工序,它可以去除热轧后钢卷表面的氧化铁皮及各种污垢,便于冷轧进行加工,因此酸洗质量的好坏也直接决定了冷轧的质量,而酸洗的质量主要由酸液温度决定。目前该机组采用传统PID控制方式对酸液温度进行控制的效果并不理想,稳定性有欠缺。针对这一问题,提出改用自抗扰控制技术对酸液温度进行控制的思路,对薄板酸洗温度的被控对象进行了建模分析,在总结自抗扰控制器的基础上,设计了薄板酸洗酸液温度的自抗扰控制器。在MATLAB环境下针对所提出的模型和控制器进行了仿真分析,并总结出一套自抗扰控制器的参数整定规律和方法。仿真结果验证了所设计的自抗扰控制器的可行性和有效性。 With the fierce market competition of cold strips,all iron and steel enterprises pay more attention to the quality while increasing productivity. The pickling is a pivotal working procedure before cold-rolling. The aim of the pickling process is to remove the scale and all kinds of dirt of the hot rolled strips by chemical reaction. For cold rolling,a clean surface is necessary. The quality of pickling directly influences the quality of cold-rolling,and the temperature of acid liquor decides the quality of pickling. Now the control mode of the acid's temperature which uses traditional PID controller is not satisfactory and lacks of stability. To address this problem,this paper researched Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC) and used it instead of traditional PID controller to make modeling analysis of the object.Based on the summary of ADRC,a controller was designed. To verify this controller,the simulation analysis was made on MATLAB and the rule of parameter determining was concluded. The simulation result verified the feasibility and superiority of the ADRC controller.
