摘要
介绍LT265/75R16 123/120Q 10PR越野子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径807 mm,断面宽264 mm,行驶面宽度212 mm,行驶面弧高度11.5 mm,胎圈着合直径404.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度216 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.993,花纹深度15.3 mm,花纹饱和度50.3%,花纹周节数20。施工设计:胎面由胎面胶、基部胶和两块胎翼胶组成,带束层采用2层2+2×0.35HT钢丝帘布,胎体采用3层1440dtex/2聚酯帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.3 mm回火钢丝,采用二次法成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能及高速性能均符合相关标准要求。
The design on LT265/75R16 123/120 Q 10PR cross-country radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 807 mm,cross-sectional width 264 mm,width of running surface 212 mm,arc height of running surface 11. 5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404. 4 mm,bead width at rim seat 216 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H_1/H_2) 0. 993,pattern depth 15. 3 mm,block/total ratio 50. 3%,and number of pattern pitches 20.In construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread was consisted of tread rubber,base rubber and two pieces of wing rubber;2 layers of 2+2×0. 35 HT steel cord for belt,3 layers of high strength 1440dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,and Φ1. 3 mm tempered steel for bead wire;the tire was built by using two stage building machine and cured on type-B vulcanizing machine.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance and speed performance met the requirements of corresponding standards.
